    HireLetter.online provides an AI-based platform for generating cover letters, CVs, and similar documents.

    The Service is currently provided at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, at which point additional terms may apply.

    The Service uses AI technology (e.g., Google’s Gemini) to generate content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of this content.

3.3 User Responsibility

    You maintain full control over any information you input or generate via the Service. It is solely your responsibility to review and edit AI-generated content before using it for any official or legal purpose.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:

    Upload or distribute content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.

    Use automated methods (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without our explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRELETTER.ONLINE, ITS OWNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireLetter.online, its owners, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
